With a B.Tech and an MBA under his belt, Pratik began his career in ITC’s Tobacco Division, where he spent three formative years honing his skills before advancing his education with an MBA. This educational foundation and early career experience paved the way for his entrepreneurial journey. Following his MBA, Pratik co-founded DNV Food Products alongside his father, where he plays a pivotal role in managing factory operations, procurement, manufacturing, online sales, and social media. His responsibilities also extend to HR, business strategy, and business planning, showcasing his versatility and strategic vision.
Pratik’s influence extends beyond his immediate business activities. As an active member of several CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) sub-committees, he collaborates with industry leaders and experts to drive innovation and address sector challenges. His career began at PwC, where he gained valuable experience in financial and corporate matters. This foundation paved the way for his transition to DNV Foods, where he currently excels as Co-Founder, Independent Director, and CEO.
At DNV Foods, Harsh Jain plays a pivotal role, overseeing critical functions including sales, accounts, and marketing. He also plays a pivotal role in business strategy, business planning and forecasting showcasing his versatility and strategic vision.
His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company towards notable achievements and establishing a strong presence in the food processing and manufacturing sector. Under his guidance, DNV Foods has not only grown but also set new standards for excellence and innovation within the industry.

Sanmati Jain
Mrs. Sanmati Jain, aged 38 years, is the Promoter and Executive Director of DNV Food Products Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA from Guwahati University.
At DNV, she is responsible for a diverse portfolio of functions, including managing the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram), driving online sales, coordinating product photoshoots, and executing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO and Google Ads. Her strategic leadership in digital marketing and e-commerce has played a vital role in strengthening the company’s online visibility and contributing to its consistent growth.
She has over four years of professional experience with DNV Food Products Ltd.
Mrs. Purva Jain
Mrs. Purva Jain, aged 31 years, is the Promoter and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer on October 18, 2024. Prior to this role, she served as a Director on the Board until August 12, 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, and has completed the CA Intermediate level. She has four year of overall experience with DNV.
She is responsible for providing oversight and inputs on financial matters, ensuring that the company’s financial reporting and compliance processes remain aligned with applicable standards and practices. She also lends support to key HR-related functions such as payroll management and employee onboarding, contributing to the overall structure and policy-level alignment of the company’s operations. Her involvement helps the company stay organized financially and keep its internal processes running smoothly.
Mr. Vikas Jain
Mr. Vikas Jain, aged 55 years, appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of our company on November 18, 2024. He is Fellow Chartered Accountant and having experience of over 30 years in financial and Management consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, debt resolution, and conducting appraisal & feasibility studies. Throughout his career, he has worked on major projects across real estate, iron and steel, jute, tea, food processing, packaging, textile, veneer and wood based industries, infrastructure and business advisory. His experience includes fundraising, financial planning, and providing valuable guidance to businesses on critical decisions, making him a trusted and reliable advisor. He has also served as the chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for the Period 2007-08. He has been in own practice as CA from the year 2003.
Ms. Dhwani Fatehpuria
Ms. Dhwani Fatehpuria, aged 42 years, was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on November 18, 2024. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds an LL.B. degree from Bankura University. She has over 18 years of rich experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, secretarial functions, SEBI compliances and handling matters related to rights issues, mergers and acquisitions, and AIF compliances.
Currently, she serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Sumedha Fiscal Services Limited, a BSE Mainboard listed Investment Banking Company. In her previous roles, she was associated with Hindustan National Glass & Industries Limited as an Executive in the Secretarial Services Department (2008), Neotia Healthcare Initiative Limited as Assistant Company Secretary (2011) and Lumino Industries Limited as Company Secretary (2015).
Mrs. (Dr.) Hitu Gambhir Mahajan
Mrs. (Dr.) Hitu Gambhir Mahajan, aged 45 years, was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company on November 18, 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science (Hons.) from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Marketing from the Institute for Media Studies & Information Technology.
She possesses extensive working knowledge in the media and communication industry, with expertise in social media marketing, media planning, strategic alliances, and client management. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President – North Head at ONTRACK from March 2022 to October 2024.
Dr. Mahajan has received several prestigious recognitions, including the “Honoris Causa Doctorate in Media and Marketing” awarded by the World Peace and Diplomacy Organization (WPDO) and CIAC Global, the “National Award for Woman Excellence” in 2022, and was also recognised as “The Women Entrepreneur of the Year” by WPDO and CIAC Global.
