The user should receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless a wrong item or damaged item has been delivered in which the item will have to be returned unopened and a replacement/ refund will be organised. The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment. Customers are requested to cross check their shipment address before placing orders and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
