Sourcing: Yellow Mustard seeds are sourced from the sand-land of Rajasthan.
Culinary Usage: Make delicious cold millet salad by combining the cooked grains and cool them. You can add the chopped scallions, baked tofu cubes, green peas and yellow mustard seeds. Drizzle a bit of lemon and olive oil at the end. Also, you can sprinkle the seeds on top of the rice to add a collage of taste and colour.
Nutritional Benefits: Yellow mustard seeds are extremely healthy and a good source of selenium and omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, dietary fiber, iron, calcium, protein, niacin and zinc.
