1. A customer may cancel an order placed by them if and only if the order has not been processed by DNV Foods. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately. We shall be accepting all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping slot (3 hours).You can reach out to us for more queries on our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds. If DNV Foods suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders and take strict action towards it. We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right of such customers/accounts to be denied access from the use of the site or purchase of products in the future.
2. At DNV Foods all orders are automatically processed on the secured processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policies:
- In case of suspicion that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction; or
- Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 30 business days. You will be notified of the same by email.
- For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
Please Note: The order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing the order. In case we receive a cancellation notice, after the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. DNV Foods has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by DNV and accepts its decision regarding the cancellation.
