1. Our Return Policy After Time of delivery is limited. An item may be returned, after delivery, only if it meets the following Food Safety Guidelines. Customers are eligible to return any product(s) only under following conditions:
- In case of receipt of expired product(s); or
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.
2. To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
All emails in this regard shall be sent to email@example.com mentioning your order ID or call on 8232020551 stating a valid reason for opting for the returning of the product under the conditions mentioned above. The company shall make arrangements for a delivery executive to pick up the product(s) from the delivered address. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. DNV Foods has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by DNV Foods and accepts its decision regarding the cancellation.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, if there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Customers are requested to bear the cost of the executive through an online payment option. The same amount will be informed to the customer while placing the return request. All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)
- All approval of returns is subject to verification by the company. Company holds sole discretion for determining the return.
- If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN THE PACKING. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. After the return has been approved by the company, the company will deliver the correct or the fresh items to the customer. In case the said product is out of stock, the company will refund the amount in the same mode of payment as the one used by the customer when the order was placed.
- Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.
- If received a wrong food product, the customers are suggested to click a photo and attach it to the mail for our record.
- Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.In case the claim of the customer is legitimate, the company will refund the cost incurred (the amount paid for the executive) by the customer.
